Do you ever take custody of my funds?
No. We connect to your exchange account via API keys with trading enabled and withdrawal explicitly disabled. Your assets stay on your exchange. You can revoke the connection at any time from within TradeMire or directly on the exchange.
What happens if I cancel mid-month?
You keep full access until the end of the billing period. At renewal, we freeze live trading but preserve your vault, strategy code, and audit log for 90 days. Resume any time - nothing is deleted.
How do Store revshare purchases work?
Some operators price their strategies as a share of profits instead of a monthly subscription. When a strategy is profitable over the settlement window, the agreed percentage is deducted automatically and paid to the operator. Losses are never shared.
Can I bring my own compute or co-location?
Yes. Add dedicated nodes à la carte from the store, then run it <a href="/papi.html">self-managed</a> on your own infrastructure or wire it up <a href="/products/connectivity-hub.html">code-driven</a> through the Connectivity Hub.
What do Standard, Elite, and Elite Plus mean?
They are capacity tiers, not access gates - every strategy is open on every plan, including Free. The tier sets how much each slot can do: data-refresh speed, how many assets it tracks, and whether a vault gets a dedicated IP. You can upgrade a single strategy or vault from the store without changing your plan.
