Build an execution engine, not a feature.
TradeMire is senior by design. Engineers, researchers, and designers across Paris, Istanbul, and Abu Dhabi - building the tools we wish our quant-desk friends had. We hire deliberately. We pay well. We ship.
Four things we actually believe.
People first, not headcount
You are a person here, not a line item or a seat to fill. We build the company around the people in it, not the other way around.
We make you better
Real mentorship, real time to learn, and colleagues who push you to sharpen your craft. Getting better at what you do is part of the job, not something you fit in after hours.
Trust, not oversight
We hired you because you are senior, so we treat you that way. You own your work, set your pace, and answer for outcomes, not hours.
Straight talk, no surprises
Feedback is direct and it comes early, while it still helps. We have the hard conversation now instead of letting it fester into a quiet resentment later.
No open roles right now.
We are not hiring for a specific role right now, but we hire when the person is right - so send a general application or follow us and stay close.
Follow us on LinkedIn →Three steps. About two weeks.
No trick puzzles and no take-home marathon - just a fast, honest process, usually two weeks from first call to offer.
Intro call
A conversation, not an interrogation. We get to know each other, talk about what you want to work on, and see if the work fits. Ask us anything.
Technical interview
We pick a couple of threads from your real work and go deep - a system you built, a problem you owned, a decision you would defend. No whiteboard gotchas.
References and offer
We call the references you choose, then move quickly to an offer. Everything is laid out plainly, with no games on the terms.
Send us a note anyway.
We hire ahead of listed roles when the person is right. One paragraph on what you want to work on is enough.
