We pick two or three threads from your past work and go deep. Engineering: walk through a system you owned. Research: discuss a research project in detail.
Paid pair day
Work alongside us on a real-but-scoped problem. You set the direction, we're in the room. Not a test - a preview of the work.
Reference & offer
We call three references (you pick them). We make the offer within 48 hours of the last reference. Comp, equity, and band are all explained.
