Four steps. 2 weeks.

We aim to give you a decision inside 10 business days, from first call to offer. You get paid for the paid-pair day regardless of outcome.

Intro call
30 min - with founder or hiring manager

No whiteboarding. We want to understand your trajectory, what you're optimizing for, and whether the stage and mission fit. Ask us anything.

Deep-dive conversation
75 min - with 2 teammates

We pick two or three threads from your past work and go deep. Engineering: walk through a system you owned. Research: discuss a research project in detail.

03
Paid pair day
4-6 hrs - paid EUR 800

Work alongside us on a real-but-scoped problem. You set the direction, we're in the room. Not a test - a preview of the work.

Reference & offer
2-3 days

We call three references (you pick them). We make the offer within 48 hours of the last reference. Comp, equity, and band are all explained.
