Terms, privacy, cookies, disclosures. Plain English. No dark patterns. If a clause is unclear, email legal@trademire.ai - a lawyer actually answers.

Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, where it lives, and how to delete it.
Cookie Policy
Eight cookies in total. One analytics. Opt out any time.
Effective date: January 1, 2025 - Last updated: March 15, 2025
This Cookie Policy explains how TradeMire ("we", "us") uses cookies, local storage, and similar tracking technologies on the platform. It complements our Privacy Policy and forms part of our overall data-protection commitments.
Only the analytics cookie is optional. Everything else is required for the site to work. You can clear cookies at any time from your browser settings.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide reporting information about user behavior. Local storage and session storage serve a similar purpose, but data is stored directly in the browser instead of being transmitted to the server.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
We categorize the cookies and similar technologies used on our platform as follows:
Specific Cookies
The following table lists the specific cookies and similar technologies currently used on our platform:
3. How To Control Cookies
You can control and manage cookies in several ways:
- Cookie banner: When you first visit our platform, you can accept or refuse non-essential cookies via our cookie consent banner.
- Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings menu. Note that blocking essential cookies will break login and core platform features.
- Platform settings: Logged-in users can manage cookie preferences through their account privacy settings.
- Opt-out links: For analytics, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
4. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. There is currently no industry consensus on how to interpret DNT signals. We respect explicit cookie-banner choices over DNT signals; if you opt out of analytics in our banner, no analytics cookies are loaded.
5. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on our platform are placed by third-party services that we use, such as analytics providers. These third parties have their own privacy policies. Currently the only third-party cookie set on our platform is Google Analytics, and only after you opt in.
6. Local Storage and Session Storage
In addition to cookies, we use browser local storage and session storage to maintain certain settings (e.g., chart preferences, layout, current theme). These are technically not cookies, but functionally similar. They never leave your browser unless explicitly synced to your account.
7. Compliance
Our cookie practices comply with the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC as amended by 2009/136/EC), GDPR requirements for consent (Art. 6 and Art. 7), Turkish KVKK guidance on web tracking, and the UAE PDPL.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, new technologies, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy indicates the most recent revision.
9. Contact
If you have questions about our use of cookies or similar technologies, please contact us at privacy@trademire.ai or write to TradeMire, Istanbul, Republic of Türkiye.
